The Mayfair is a solid, well-built watch—brushed stainlesss steel, a deep blue textured dial, and a classic 42mm dial wiith presence.

We don't just "personalize" it with a computer font. We take the actual ink from a piece of paper—the loops of a signature, the shaky letters of a child's note, or a quick doodle—and etch it permanently into the steel.

It ends up being the kind of piece people don’t expect—simple on the outside, personal when it counts. That’s why it works so well as a gift, especially for moments that actually mean something.

How it works

1. Grab a pen: Write your message (or drawing) on plain paper.

2. Take a photo: Use your phone. Just make sure the lighting is decent.

3. Upload: Use the upload link

Our team cleans up the image and scales it to fit. We don't "fix" the handwriting—we preserve the character.

Guidelines (For Best Results)

Keep it simple. For the best result, keep it under 9 words. The shorter the message, the larger we can make the engraving. Whether it's for a wedding morning, a milestone retirement, or a "just because" gift, the best messages are usually the shortest ones.

If anything needs slight cleanup for clarity, we’ll handle it—without changing how it actually looks.

Please note that the total time from order to doorstep consists of two separate phases: Processing and Transit.

1. Processing Time

Every item is crafted to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to personalize and prepare your item for shipment.

Note: Processing time is separate from, and not included in, the transit times listed below.

2. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been handed to the courier, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

USA/CANADA: 5 - 10 working days

UK/EU: 2 – 5 working days

Australia/NZ: 10 - 14 working days 

Asia & Middle East: 7 – 14 working days

Rest of the world: 14-20 working days

We will send your tracking number through email once your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of personalized items, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Please double-check your personalization — we engrave exactly what you type. If we need clarification and don’t hear back, we’ll happily issue you store credit.

If your item arrives demonstrably faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-personalized products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
