When does my order ship?
All of our products are personalized on demand. Therefore, we typically require 2-5 business days to process and ship out your orders.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-5 business days to personalize and and ship out your order. We will send your tracking number through email once your order is shipped.
Here are the estimated delivery times:
To USA/Canada: 5-7 business days
To Uk/Europe: 3-5 business days
To Autralia/NZ: 7-14 business days
To Rest of the world: 14-20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
Do you accept returns?
If you happen to receive a faulty product we will offer a replacement at no extra financial cost to you. This is available for 14 days once you receive the product.
Due to the nature of personalised gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged. Non-personalized products can be returned for any reason, but within 14 calender days of delivery. Please note that the buyer covers the cost of returns.
If there are any concerns about a purchase or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.
Will I be charged custom fees and taxes?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
Where are your products personalized?
Most of our products are personalized and shipped from the United States and the United Kingdom.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
