1. Take a blank piece of paper and write/draw what you would like engraved.

2. Take a photo of your creation and upload

- Please take a clear picture of the image. Plenty of light and not blurry. Scan or photograph is fine.

- Make sure the picture taken is close up but still in focus.

- For this item, we recommend 6 words maximum. We can engrave more but the engraved words will be smaller.

Please allow 2-4 business days for engraving/personalization & dispatching your order.

We will send your tracking number through email once your order is shipped.

To USA/UK/EU: 3-7 business days

To Australia/NZ: 5- 10 business days 

To Rest of the world: 10-14 business days

Due to the nature of personalized items, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your item arrives demonstrably faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-personalized products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
