Custom Engraving
The stainless steel case back includes complimentary custom engraving in a clean, modern font.
Add a name, initials, date, coordinates, or a short personal message to create a personalized gift for anniversaries, weddings, retirements, birthdays, graduations, and other milestone occasions.
Your engraving is precision fiber laser engraved directly into the stainless steel case back, creating a permanent marking that will not fade or wear away with normal use.
Also available with actual handwriting engraving for customers who would prefer to engrave a handwritten message, signature, or simple drawing instead of standard text.

2. Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has been handed to the courier, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:
USA/CANADA: 5 - 10 business days
UK/EU: 2 – 5 working days
Australia/NZ: 10 - 14 working days
Asia & Middle East: 7 – 14 working days
Rest of the world: 14-20 business days
We will send your tracking number through email once your order is shipped.
Personalized Items
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
- Personalization Accuracy: Please double-check your spelling—we create exactly what you type. If we need to reach out for text clarification, your order will be placed on hold. Unresponsive orders after 7 days will be automatically converted to non-expiring store credit.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we make a text error or your order arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. Photo proof of the damaged item and original shipping box is required within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Personalized Items
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
