1. Processing Time
Every item is crafted to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to personalize and prepare your item for shipment.
Note: Processing time is separate from, and not included in, the transit times listed below.
2. Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has been handed to the courier, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:
USA/CANADA: 5 - 10 working days
UK/EU: 2 – 5 working days
Australia/NZ: 10 - 14 working days
Asia & Middle East: 7 – 14 working days
Rest of the world: 14-20 working days
We will send your tracking number through email once your order is shipped.
Due to the nature of personalized items, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please double-check your personalization — we engrave exactly what you type. If we need clarification and don’t hear back, we’ll happily issue you store credit.
If your item arrives demonstrably faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-personalized products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
