The case back includes a 32mm × 30mm engraving area designed for personalized messages.

Your wording is precision fiber laser engraved in a clean modern font. The laser permanently etches into the stainless steel surface — it will not fade, peel, or wear off with normal use.

Up to 216 characters across multiple lines, suitable for names, dates, anniversaries, retirement messages, weddings, or milestone occasions.

2. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been handed to the courier, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

USA/CANADA: 5 - 10 working days

UK/EU: 2 – 5 working days

Australia/NZ: 10 - 14 working days

Rest of the world: 14-20 working days

Personalized Items
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

• Personalization Accuracy: Please double-check your spelling—we create exactly what you type. If we need to reach out for text clarification, your order will be placed on hold. Unresponsive orders after 7 days will be automatically converted to non-expiring store credit.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we make a text error or your order arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. Photo proof of the damaged item and original shipping box is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Personalized Items
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
