- Try and keep it to a maximum of 16 words
- You can draw/write whatever you like, we will touch it up to look amazing and scale it down to fit perfectly on the watch
- We recommend fewer words rather than too many as each word will then be engraved slightly larger

Due to the nature of personalized items, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please double-check your personalization — we engrave exactly what you type. If we need clarification and don’t hear back, we’ll happily issue you store credit.
If your item arrives demonstrably faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-personalized products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
